Cancelations and Late Arrivals 2024
Guests are kindly asked to provide a 48 hour notice for any appointment changes or cancelations. This allows Eclips Team to accommodate other clients who may be waiting on an appointment or gives a stylist an opportunity to fill that appointment spot.
To ensure and encourage communication between Eclips and our Guests, we send an Itinerary email as soon as the appointment is made. Clients will receive a confirmation email 4 days prior and a confirmation via text message 3 days prior to their scheduled appointment. This will alert Guests if their appointment needs to be adjusted or cancelled before the 48 hour mark to avoid any fees.
Furthermore Guests will receive a text message reminder 2 hours prior to their appointment, which provides an opportunity to inform us if they are running behind schedule to prevent late arrivals.
Provided that the scheduled appointment gets rescheduled or cancelled with a 48 hours notice, guests will not be charged any fees.
Guests who cancel or reschedule their appointment within 24 - 48 hours, will be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service amount.
Clients who cancel or reschedule with less then 24 hours notice or subsequently “no show” will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the original appointment cost.
We value your time and strive to stay on schedule, Guests will be notified if the stylist is running behind prior to their appointment.
We politely request to give us a call as soon as you feel like you will be running late. We will do our best to adjust the schedule accordingly and will make every effort to accommodate the entire service. However, please note that a 15 or more minute delay may result in inability to perform the entire service and necessitate an adjustment or rescheduling for a future date.
We accept Cash, Checks and Apple Pay in addition to All Major Credit Cards. We require a card on file when scheduling your appointment. Please note that there is a $30 fee for any returned check.
You are able to purchase Gift Certificates in both locations of Eclips Salon as well as on our Website.
Hair Adjustment Appointments
We strive to fulfill hair needs of every Guest up to our standards. Your satisfaction and feedback are extremely important to our Team. If for any reason you are unhappy with the service you received, please give us a call as soon as you can to schedule your adjustment appointment within 14 days of the original service date.
We appreciate and value your constant support. For each new Client you refer to Eclips Salon, you will receive a $20 credit toward your next service. In addition the new guest referred, will receive $20 off their first service at Eclips.
Product Returns and Exchanges
At Eclips Salon we proudly stand by our Brands and want you to be satisfied by the home hair care we recommend. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, with no more than 25% of the product used.
